Disclaimer and Limitations

Per the drafting agreement, payments for plans are due at the time of service.

2D plan services include the following sheets; floor plans, elevations, foundation, cross sections and electrical plans. Not included are required engineered drawings for structural beams and floor systems or engineered site and drainage plans. Any engineering work requires payment from the client for expenses. Hart offers 3D drawings for an additional fee.

Interior design services are limited to in-house staff. Outside designers are not included in our free service. Discounts and discounted selections are limited to approved Hart vendors.

If a contract to build is not signed, the client is responsible for paying the costs for the plan services and any time associated with the design staff. Since our plans are a custom service, we do not stock or resell them.
